Shipping Policy.
Order will be shipped within 1-10 business days excluding weekends and national holidays.
Solid gold items and rings are made to order and may take up to 10 business days to be prepared for shipment. We use the most economically convenient shipping available and use USPS, FedEx, DHL or E-Packet shipping.
We manage multiple warehouses in USA, UK and HK, we might ship orders from any of those locations based on inventory, public holidays etc. Once the order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information.
Return Policy.
Our policy lasts 30 days after delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your order was received, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Wrong Ring Size or Made to order
- Intimate items such as nose ring or studs (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Custom products such as name necklaces re not available for returns or refunds unless they arrived broken or damaged
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and broken or damaged picture.

We do not offer refunds or returns for jewelry items that were ordered incorrectly such as a name necklace that was misspelled by the customer.

RETURN SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

A: We’re not able to accommodate custom design at the moment but we encourage you to join our newsletter – we launch new products weekly so you’ll definitely find something you love!
Custom Sizing: The sizes shown on each product page are the only ones we’re able to offer at this time.
Q: If I haven’t received my order or my order arrives damaged what should I do?
A: This rarely happens, but if it does, send back your damaged product to us along with your refund or exchange request on etsy message. Once we receive the damaged product, we will either give you a refund or just exchange your product, you decide. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority and if there are any quality issues with a product, please contact us before leaving a negative review and we will solve it ASAP!

A little love goes a long way! When not wearing your jewelry, be sure to store it in the pouch it came in. This helps prevent scratching and maintain color for gold filled and silver pieces. Remove your jewelry when applying scents, lotions and sprays.
14K GOLD:
TLC is always needed, even for 14K – to keep their beauty and patina as long as possible, scrub lightly with a fresh toothbrush and warm water. Make sure to rinse away any excess residue! You can also buff your 14K pieces gently using a jewelry cleaning cloth or the pouch sent with each purchase.

A: Upon receiving your returned item at our warehouse, it will take up to 8-13 business days for the returns team to process and send you a return confirmation email.
Once a refund has been made back to your PayPal account, you will receive a notification from PayPal. It may take around 5-10 business days for you to see the fund on your bank account!
